This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Revtrance Softwares LLP (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) for the Constituency Connect and 1Management mobile applications and related digital services (the “Application”). The Application is licensed, not sold, to you.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our 1Management and Constituency Connect Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Licence grant
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and as permitted by the usage rules of the app store from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Application;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application except where mandatory law allows;
- Rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application;
- Remove proprietary notices or circumvent access controls.
2. Scope of the Application
The Application provides civic information and communication tools, including constituency group chat (Constituency Connect), civic issue reporting, and optional paid plans that unlock additional seats or viewing features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Content posted by users is their responsibility. See our Community & chat guidelines.
3. In-app purchases and subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription billed through Apple or Google, such as Dual City, Spectator, or Spectator Pro (names and entitlements may change). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (for example monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device store account settings:
Deleting the Application or your Constituency Connect account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. You must cancel in the App Store or Google Play to stop further charges.
Prices are shown in the store at purchase. We may change prices for future periods as permitted by Apple or Google and applicable law; you will be charged the then-current price at renewal unless you cancel.
4. Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by Revtrance Softwares LLP directly. Refund requests are handled under the store’s refund policies. We do not guarantee a refund for unused time if you cancel mid-period, except where the store or mandatory consumer law requires it.
5. Free features
A free account may use a limited set of features (for example one constituency). Paid plans are optional. Failure to purchase or renew does not affect your licence to use free portions of the Application, subject to this EULA and our Terms.
6. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store, the following also apply:
- This EULA is between you and Revtrance Softwares LLP only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the Application (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application, including product-liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims, or claims that the Application infringes a third party’s intellectual property.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
Your use of the Application must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and any usage rules displayed in the App Store.
7. Google Play
If you downloaded the Application from Google Play, Google’s terms for that store also apply. Google is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the Application.
8. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion is described at https://constituencyconnect.in/account-deletion.
9. Termination
This licence is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this EULA or our Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment of a required plan, or legal reasons. On termination you must stop using the Application and delete it from your devices. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Revtrance Softwares LLP’s aggregate liability arising from the Application is limited to the amount you paid for the Application or subscription in the three months before the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or wilful misconduct).
11. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights you may have, including rights under the law of your place of residence where mandatory.
