How to request deletion
Email helpdesk@revtrance.com from a contact we can verify, with the subject “Delete Constituency Connect account”, and include the phone number linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm via OTP or other verification before deleting the live account.
What happens next
- Your live account is removed immediately after you confirm. You will not be able to sign in.
- We keep a copy in our deleted-accounts store for 60 days for fraud prevention and legal requests, then permanently delete that copy. Google Play and the App Store allow this when it is disclosed here and in the Privacy Policy.
- Chat messages remain in constituency chat with the name you used when you posted.
- Paid subscriptions billed by Apple or Google continue until you cancel them in the App Store or Google Play.
